Biomasse Italia and Biomasse Crotone can be considered as a landmark in the national field of energy production from renewable sources (solid biomass), fully respecting the environment and being aware of their own industrial and technological role in developing the national energy policy, oriented towards an energetic supply system, sustainable in the long term.
The two companies are placed to the first positions among the Calabria’s private companies operating in the energy production from renewable sources.
The company structure

In December 2017 EP New Energy Italia, a company of the energy Czech Group EPH (Energetický a prumyslový holding), acquired the entire capital of Biomasse Italia and Biomasse Crotone.

È stato sviluppato il nuovo modello di business della filiera corta con i ruoli di tutti gli attori della parte agro-industriale ed è stato definito il modello economico-finanziario di ripartizione degli incentivi tariffari sulla base delle prestazioni del segmento agricolo e di quello energetico; questo modello, trasferito in un software dedicato, diventa la base di definizione degli accordi commerciali con la massima trasparenza per tutti gli operatori.
