In our Company Human Resources are the principal capital on which our results growth is founded

We employ about 93 people at Strongoli (KR) and Crotone, 23% of which is university graduated personnel and 58% - high school graduated.

The Company has always ensured stability and continuity of work for our employees, with an occupational trend constantly growing. We also expect that in the near future we will reinforce the organisation on the basis of the specificity of the required competences and duties.

For its international vocation, the Company offers professional opportunities to personnel with a high growth potential, constantly investing in technical and management training, making use also of foreign professionals.

BlueLab

Our commitment towards training is realised thanks to the focusing of dedicated and professional resources on our training programme “BlueLab”

BlueLab is the instrument with which human resources are directed towards constantly growing performance and efficiency, accompanying the Company in its development. BlueLab is a training programme which involves theoretical instruction, practical training, interaction with external professionals, internal free interaction, freedom of expression, and a structured evaluation of the differences between required competences and acquired skills.

BlueLab is a free zone where we encourage initiative and creativity, to stimulate individual and group skills with the aim of overcoming persisting limits; but BlueLab is at the same time a teaching centre to promote the transfer of know-how and to develop competences.
