Our Environmental Policy
It has been established the implementation of an Environmental Management System with the aim to control the impact of the activities regarding the Environment and to ensure that the environmental performance meets and continues to meet both the requirements of law and the Company goals concerning our environmental policy.
We work to promote any action directed at protecting the Environment and at ensuring that our activities do not create significant risks to the environment.
This policy includes the following commitments:
To respect the law, the environmental regulations required and the other commitments subscribed by the Company;
To prevent pollution, reduce emissions, wastes and resources’ consumption;
To formulate objectives to continually improve our environmental performance;
To adopt technological processes that offer the best impact on the Environment in technical and economic terms;
To evaluate the environmental aspects of production activities and to adopt management procedures to minimize any significant negative impact on the Environment;
To develop the training of our employees in order to promote and encourage any initiative towards the Environmental protection;
To persuade suppliers to adopt an environmental management system;
To communicate with and involve all stakeholders.
The environmental objectives, in accordance with the scientific and technological progress, will be applied to all the activities, production, processes and raw materials of the Company according to the logic of the market.
This environmental policy provides the framework to establish and reexamine the environmental objectives and achievements; it is available to all our employees and the general public.
